Abstract:
Withemployingtenderbineasexplant,MSasbasicmediummixingdifferentdensity6-BA,NAA,IBA,effectofdifferentconcentrationhormoneanditscombinationontissuecultureandrapidpropagationofMelaleucabracteatawerestudied.TheresultsindicatedthattheoptimalmediumofinducingsproutwasMS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,andtheinductionrateachieved63.6%;theoptimalmediumofsuccessiveproliferationsproutwasMS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,theproliferationcoefficientachieved6.3withsproutingoodhealth;theoptimalmediumofseedlingcultivationwasMS+NAA0.1mg/L,andthenumberofseedlingpertrainingbottleachieved16.2;theoptimalmediumofroottrainingwas1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L,therootingratein21dachieved100%,andthemeannumberofrootsachieved9.6.Usingpeatsoilmixingcoconutchaffhalfinhalfinvolumefortransplanting,thesurvivalratein30dachieved95.7%,itcouldfitfactoryseedlingsproductionrequirements.
