Abstract:
WithadventitiousshootsproliferatedthroughtissuecultureofD．casiflakeasexperimentalmaterial，theeffectofseveralfactorssuchasthemediumtypes，theconcentrationsofBA，theconcentrationsofsucroseetcontheproliferationandgrowthofD．casiflakewerestudied.ToprovidethetheoreticalbasisforscaleproductionofD.casiflakeseedling.TheresultsshowedthattheeffectofMSmediumontheproliferationandgrowthofD．casiflakewasbatterthanotherkindsofmedium，andshouldhelpimprovethedifferentiationofadventitiousshoots.Ithadobviouspromotingeffectonthedifferentiationofadventitiousshoots，freshweightanddryweightwhenBAat3.0mg/Landsucroseat30g/LwereaddedintoMSmediumwhichwereperfectfortheproliferationandgrowthofD．casiflake.
