Abstract:
TakingHemerocallis‘StelladeOro’astestmaterial，byparaffin-cutsectionmethodwereobserved;theprocessofmorphologicaldifferentiatiowerecombinedwith，contentchangesofendogenoushormonesbyusingEnzyme-linkedImmunosorbentAssay(ELISA)methodinthebudsofitwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthemorphologyicaldifferentiationofthethreepre-stageswereunddierentication,inflorencenceinitiation,owterperianthinitiation,ZRscontentfromlowtohigh，IAAandABAcontentdeclined,andtherewasnochangeinGAcontent.
