Abstract:
Thesinglefactorrandomizedblocksmethodwereadoptedintheexperiment，theeffectsofdifferentconcentrationsofplantgrowthregulatorABTsolutiononthevegetativepropagationeffectsofPrunusmum.TheresultsshowedthattheindexofsurvivalratesetcwhichwassoakedbyABTof100mg/Lwerethebest.Fortheresults，atheoreticalbasisandreferencevaluetobreeding，resourceevaluationofPrunusmuminthesouthwestregionwereprovided.
