Abstract:
TheseedbiologicalcharacteristicswasstudiedandfruitsnutritionalcomponentswasanalysisedofPrinsepiauniflorawhichcamefromShaanxiprovinceWuqicounty.TheresultsshowedthattheseedofPrinsepiauniflorawereovoidinshapeandbrownishyellow;Theseedswere8.62mmlongand7.64mmwide,1000-seedsweightwere149.90g;Theseedviabilitywas72%andseedmoistureproportionwas5.0%.Thetotalsugarcontent,andtotalacidcontentofthefruitswere7.06g/100gand2.00g/100g;Thetotalaminoacidsofthefruitswas1.000g/100g,andtheratioofessentialaminoacidinthetotalaminoacids(EAA/TAA)was16.6%;TheorderofthetraceelementscontentsofPrinsepiauniflorafruitswasMg>Ca>K>P>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn.
