Abstract:
TounderstandtheeffectofallogericmaterialonflowerbuddifferentiationandnutritivematerialofJatrophacurcas,differentlevelsof6-BA(6-benzylaminopurine)+GA3(gibberellin)+fertilizerweresprayedonthestemapexwithorthogonaltest.Theresultsshowedthatithadobviouseffectonpromotingflowerbudformation.Thebestcombinationinpromotingfloweringwas6-BA(2mg/L)+GA3(50mg/L)+N(urea1%).Flowerbudswerebornemostuponthestemtipstreatedwith6-BA(0.5mg/L)+GA3(50mg/L)+N(urea1%).GA3wasthekeyfactorinpromotingflowerbudformation.Treatmentsincreasedtherateofvegetativegrowthandreproductivegrowthalternatively.Theleaf-statusofN,K,sugar,starchandC/NchangedinS-bend:increasing-decreasing-increasing.Pcontentreachedthehighestaftertreatmentandthensteadydeclined.ThemaximumlevelofKwas4.8timestheminimumofitself.ThecontentofPandKwassignificantlypositive.Vegetativegrowthhadasignificantnegativecorrelationwiththecontentofsolublesugar.
