Abstract:
Innormalconditionsinthefield,grapes‘Moldova’weretreatedwiththreedifferentsalinitystress:low-gradesalinitystress,moderatesalinitystressandseveresalinitystressconditionwithwaterascontrast.Gasexchangeandfluorescencecharacteristicsandleafwaterpotentialwereobservedwith3yearsoldgrape‘Moldova’.Theresultsshowedthatwiththesalinityconcentrationincreased,netphotosynthesisrate(Pn)decreased.Gasexchangedatarevealedthatthenon-stomatalfactorsleadedtothedecreaseofPnbecauseofthedecreaseofPSⅡphotochemistryefficiencyandcarboxylationefficiency.ThelightresponsecurveandA-CicurverevealedthattheinsufficientamountofactivatedribulosediphosphatecarboxylaseleadstothedecreaseofPn.
