Abstract:: TakingresidueofPleurotusostreatusastestmaterial,thecultivatingPleurotuseryngiiwithdifferentproportionsofresidueofPleurotusostreatuswerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatcultivationofPleurotuseryngiiwithresidueofPleurotusostreatus，theaveragegrowthofhyphaofPleurotuseryngiiwasfast，thespeedwas2.275mm/d.Comprehensiveconsiderationsofyield，profitandcost，theadditionamountscaleofresidueofPleurotusostreatusintrainingmaterialswas29%~78%.
