Abstract:
TheexperimentfocusedontheresearchofresistanceandgrowthofdifferentvarietiesofChinesecabbagesinfectedbyPlasmodiophorabrassicae,accordingtoartificialvaccinationofseedingstageandthevariationofdefensiveenzymesandsubstancesrelevanttothehostdefense.Theresultsshowedthat‘87-114’wasmoreresistantthanothers,‘Xiakangwang’wasmoresusceptibletoPlasmodiophorabrassicae,andthekindofcompleteimmunitywasnotfoundoutfromthetestrace.Forresistantandsusceptiblevarieties,theactivitiesofPAL,SOD,PPO,PODandthecontentsofPro,MDAwereallincreasedindifferentdegreeafterinoculatingthePlasmodiophorabrassicae.Themostofdefensiveenzymesexistedtheunimodalpeakofenzymeactivity,andtheamplitudeofimprovementindifferentenzymewasdifferentaswell.Theactivityofresistantvarietycanbeincreasedtoahigherextentthansusceptibleone,andthepeakappearedearlierthanthatofsusceptible.
