Abstract:
To measure the amount of the crude polysaccharides from the bulb of Narcissus(CPNs),water extraction technology were used to get CPNs.Optimizing the extraction method with the extraction ratio as index,and used the liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature,ethanol-sample ratio and extraction time as factors were studied.The results showed that the best extraction method was extracting 5.5 h,at 100℃,using 10 as liquid-solid ratio and setting the ethanol-sample ratio 5,and the extraction ratio of CNPs was 6.51445%,the amount of CPNs was 3.8130%.
