Abstract:
By means of separating，purifying，cultivating mycorrhizae of Oreorchis patens，setting temperature，light condition，carbon sources，nitrogen source，acidity and alkalinity and so on for single-factor test，the growth conditions and culture traits of mycorrhizae of Oreorchis patens were studied in different culture conditions.The results showed that Oreorchis patens mycorrhizae could grow within 5～30℃，and 20℃ was its optimum temperature; In all kinds of light conditions could grow，the optimum condition was 12 hours of light and 12 hours of night; the optimum pH was pH 5.0 to 7.0; its optimal carbon sources was glucose; the optimal was glycine.
