- Abstract:
- Advantages of natural resources，raw material，labor and market in edible fungi development of Shangqiu were illustrated in this paper with summary of history and present of development of edible fungi industry at the same time.Problems such as lack of variety diversity，variety nonuniformity，outdated production techniques and lack of large-scale enterprises were also analyzed on that regard.Meanwhile，countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
