Abstract:
Stem of ‘Red Globe’ grape was used as test material,the effect of from SO2 concentration,time,storage temperature and humidity on stem freshness were studied,in order to identify the influential factors on freshness during storage.The results showed that a significant respiration peek appeared from the 50th day under temperature of 0℃.A notably stem wilting,which freshness was level 4,showed after 30 d when treated with SO2 4 800 μL/L×0.5 h and 2 400 μL/L×2.5 h under 0℃ and 25℃.The stem freshness dropped to level 4 with obvious wilting when stored in relative humidity under 80% and temperature over 5℃.
