Abstract:
With Lonicera×tellmanniana Spaeth as test material,factory breeding tissue culture technology were studied.The results showed that appropriate differentiation medium of Lonicera×tellmanniana Spaeth was MS+0.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+100 mg/L hydrolyzed milk protein the coefficient of differentiation was 3.2;the best formula for the rooting medium was 1/2MS+0.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the rate of rooting was 92%;after acclimatized for 5~7 d,the rate of survival was 90%,when the regeneration plantlets were transplanted to substate containing peat∶vermiculite∶perlite (2∶1∶1).The industrialization breed rate by tissue culture technology of Lonicera×tellmanniana Spaeth established through this study was rapid,the stability of regeneration system was well,could provide reference for the future tissue culture propagation technology of the Lonicera×tellmanniana Spaeth.
