Abstract:
Selecting three groups of medicinal plant compound(Clove，Magnolia，Kushen compound salviae miltiorrhizae；Purple salvia mivtiorrliza,magnolia and Rosemary compound ) to made a sweet pepper coated by fresh test.The results showed that three groups of medicinal plant compound liquid had good results and the effect on sweet pepper storage.Magnolia officinalis，Sophora flavescens，Rosemary compound in sweet pepper storage preservation was the best.
