Abstract:
Taking six species Chrysanthemum of Chrysanthemum indicum of Baoding, Chrysanthemum nankingensem,Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium,Chrysanthemum japonicum，Chrysanthemum japonicum var.wakasaense,Chrysanthemum indicum of Zibo as test material,the its cytology were studied.The results showed that their karyotype formula and index of karyotypic asymmetry(As.k),C.indicum:2n=2x=18=16m+2st,As.k=56.58%.C.nankingense:2n=2x=18=12m+6sm,As.k=60.47%.C.lavandulifolium:2n=2x=18=12m+4sm+2st,As.k=62.12%.C.japonicum:2n=2x=18=14m+4sm ,As.k=66.46%. C.japonicum var. wakasaense：2n=4x=36=28m+6sm+2st，As.k=59.92%.C.indicum：2n=4x=36=26m+10sm，As.k=65.88%.
