Taking tissue culture seedlings which were obtained by sterile culture leaves of Rhododendron simsii Planch as experimental material,the hardening-seedling technology of tissue culture seedlings by transplanted them into different media，taken different coverage measures for them and used different fertilizer were studied.The results showed that the humus+sawdust+perlite was the best cultivation substrate when the ratio of them was 3∶1∶1；Optimal coverage measure was that tissue culture seedlings were directly covered by a sun network whose light transmission rate was 25%；0.1 urea+0.1% KH2PO4 was best for hardening-seedling.
