Abstract:
Taking ‘Centennial’ seedless (Vitis vinifera L.var) and ‘Kyoho’ grapes as test material,under different water stress,the growth and physiological indexes of ‘Centennial’ Seedless and ‘Kyoho’ grapes were studied in pot experiment.The results showed that the growth of ‘Centennial’ Seedless was worst under severe water stress.Under the same water stress,plant height,photosynthetic rate,proline content and water use efficiency,the activity of SOD of ‘Kyoho’ grapes were significantly higher than that of ‘Centennial’ Seedless grape.So the drought resistance ‘Kyoho’ grapes was better than ‘Centennial’ Seedless.
