Abstract:
Based on farmers’ agricultural investment and production perspective, the farmer cooperatives to promote the formation mechanism of the industrialization of agriculture were discussed,from Shaanxi overview of the development of farmer cooperatives and agricultural industrialization,the problems and constraints exist in the industrialization process of agriculture in farmer cooperatives were analyzed,then from farmer cooperatives management，government support and market joint perspective to provide effectively the policy proposals for the industrialization of agriculture.
