Abstract:
The stem segments with axillary buds of Yunnan quince were used as the explants to develop in vitropropagation protocol.The results indicated that the optimal shoot multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L or MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L，the multiplication rate was 3.65 and 3.58，and the new shoot was strong.The suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L.The survival percentage was 92% when rooting plantlets were transplanted in soil.
