Abstract:
Small interfere RNA plays the main role in traditional virus induced gene silencing which is a reverse genetics technology and has been widely used in plants to study gene function.Besides,VIGS also provides a rapid and effective method in researching function of miRNA.As the development of VIGS,more and more gene function will be validated in plant in the future.
