Abstract:
No input of organic fertilizer,excessive application of organic fertilizer and appropriate application of organic fertilizer were set up in this experiment,where the contents of Ca,Mg,Li and Mo were determined by ICP-MS to study the effects of organic fertilizer.The results showed that organic fertilizer could promote the transportation of mineral elements to the leaf,and too much organic fertilizer reduced the contents of calcium,magnesium,lithium,molybdenum in leaf,but increased in root.In conclusion,too much organic fertilizer was not better.
