Abstract:: Data collected from Tangshan and Qinhuangdao，Hebei province were used in this paper and Ordered Choice Model was used to verify and analyze factors influencing satisfaction on new residential construction among farmers in Hebei province.The results showed that the main influence factors included local farmers’ knowledge on integrity development goal of the village，experience as a leader in the village and family income level.It is concluded that strengthening the publicity，increasing the farmers’ enthusiasm and more financial support were of great importance on improving the degree of satisfaction on new residential construction.
