Abstract:
The technique of two-step-seedling formation from tissue culture of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis Rousi was studied,with the dormant stem segments as explants.The results showed that the B5+BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the most suitable medium for germination and growth of a little tender stem；To cut into its tender for a little way to rooting culture inoculated best，1/2B5+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the best rooting medium.
