Abstract:
High-frequency and high-efficiency in vitro culture regeneration system of sweet pepper were established,cotyledon,leaf,hycopotys were used as explants and different concentrations of IAA,6-BA,TDZ,the effect of TDZ on adventitious bud differentiation of sweet pepper were discussed.The results showed that the bud differentiation rate was almost zero in the medium only containing TDZ;the highest bud differentiation rate was 80% in the medium only containing IAA and 6-BA;however the induction frequency was about 96% in the medium containing 0.5 mg/L IAA+10.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L TDZ,TDZ could improve differentiation efficiency in pepper bud induction process.
