- Using the health and greenwood slightly tender of Taxus cuspidate cv.Nana as explants,the technique of one-step-seedlingformation from in vitro culture were studied.The results showed that one-step seedling formation of one-step-seedlingformation from in vitro culture of Taxus cuspidate cv.Nana’s explants selection of 1.5% NaClO material handling best,in the basic medium MS + agar 6 g/L + sucrose 30 g/L + AC 0.5 g/L added IBA 1.0 mg/L step into the highest rate of seedlings.
