Abstract:
Taking the six leaves of ‘Luoyan 9908’,‘Luoyan960108’,‘Luoyan201101’ as the material,the effects of NO on seedling growth and physiological characteristic were studied by sodium nitroprusside (SNP,0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7 mmol/L an exogenous nitric oxide donor).The results showed that root vigor of seedlings increased,while MDA content,CAT activity,soluble sugar and electric conductivity fell.SNP could promote the resistance of pepper seedlings,and protect the seedlings among the levels of treatment.When the concentration was 0.3~0.5 mmol/L,the effects of NO on seedling growth of pepper were both largest.
