The scale,standardization and modernization of flower industry have become essential with the rapid economic development of Xuchang and prosperous of flower industry.In this process,land transfer cannot be ignored by the farmers.Land transfer in Xuchang area was analyzed and problems such as outdated form,low standard and low income of farmers were raised;meanwhile,development of flower tourism was proposed as one of the effective solutions.At last suggestions on current situation and farmers’ training were illustrated in developing flower tourism.
