Abstract:
Using silicone rubber membranes,quality changes of Gynura cusimbu during storage was studied,and obtained the best storage condition of Gynura cusimbu.The results showed that lower temperature could control effectively water,VC content and inhibit activity of POD.(3±1)℃ was the best storage temperature of Gynura cusimbu on 90%~95% RH and silicone rubber membranes area>10 cm2,Gynura cusimbu’s freshness was better.
