Abstract:
‘Jinyan No.4’ was choosed as material and the seeds were soaked with 6-BA. The root activities,root conductivities,protective enzyme activities and alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme activities of cucumber root under waterlogging stress were studied.The results showed that root activity and root conductivity of cucumber root under flooding stress were significant decreased and significant increased respectively,6-BA soaked could delay root activity decreased and root conductivity increased of cucumber root under waterlogging stress;The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) of cucumber roots under waterlogging stress increased first and then decreased,6-BA soaked could lead the protective enzyme and alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme of cucumber under waterlogged to maintain a higher activity in an extended period, and the ability of anti-waterlogging stress of cucumber was increased .
