- 以“冬玉99F1”西葫芦种子为试材,通过施加不同浓度的硫化氢(H2S)供体硫氢化钠(NaHS),测定了不同浓度外源H2S对150 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下西葫芦种子萌发过程中种子发芽率、发芽指数、α-淀粉酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、细胞膜相对透性和脯氨酸含量的影响,以期为提高西葫芦抗盐性提供参考依据。结果表明:盐胁迫下,外源NaHS可显著提高西葫芦种子发芽率和发芽指数,提高α-淀粉酶的活性和脯氨酸含量,降低MDA含量的积累,减少细胞膜相对透性,说明H2S通过降低细胞膜的受害程度而有效缓解盐胁迫对西葫芦种子萌发的抑制作用,从而提高西葫芦种子的抗盐能力,其中以0.6 mmol·L-1 NaHS处理效果最优。
- Abstract:
- The seeds of ‘Dongyu 99F1’ were used as the experimental materials,by using different concentrations of exogenous hydrogen sulfide,the germination percentage,the germination index,the activity of α-amylase ,the content of malondialdehyde and proline,the cell membrane relative permeability were investigated under salt stress,in order to provide reference basis for the salt resistance of Cucurbita pepo L.The results showed that under salt stress adding exogenous hydrogen sulfide obviously reduced the content of malondialdehyde and the cell membrane relative permeability,and significantly increased the germination percentage,the activity of α-amylase and the content of proline.The previous evidence showed that exogenous hydrogen sulfide was favorable to decrease the damage degree of cell membrane under salt stress,which enhanced the ability of rasisting salt stress in the seed germination of Cucurbita pepo L.,0.6 mmol·L-1 NaHS concentration was better.
