- 以新疆花葵(Lavatera cashemiriana Cambess.)为试材,采用分株繁殖方法,研究了栽培基质、激素种类与浓度、栽植方式及埋深程度对其分株成苗的影响,以期明确关键因子对新疆花葵分株成苗的调控效应,构建适用于规模化生产的无性繁殖技术体系,为新疆花葵无性繁殖技术体系的建立及园林推广应用提供参考依据。结果表明:“草炭土∶珍珠岩∶蛭石(1∶1∶1)+200 mg·L-1ABT+盆栽浅埋”处理可实现新疆花葵分株苗高质量生产,是最优处理组合;而“园土∶草炭土(1∶1)+200 mg·L-1 ABT+地栽浅埋”处理虽效果较差,但成本低,具备快速成景、管理简便的优势。
- Abstract:
- Taking Lavatera cashemiriana Cambess.as experimental material,the division propagation was employed to investigate the effects of growing media,plant growth regulator types and concentrations,planting methods,and burial depths on division survival and growth.The objective was to elucidate the regulatory effects of key factors on the establishment of L.cashemiriana divisions,in order to develop a vegetative propagation technical system suitable for large-scale production and provide a reference for establishing a vegetative propagation technical system and promoting the landscape application of Lavatera cashemiriana Cambess..The results showed that the combination of ‘peat∶perlite∶vermiculite (1∶1∶1)+200 mg·L-1 ABT+pot planting with shallow burial’ achieved high-quality production of L.cashemiriana divisions,representing the optimal treatment combination.In contrast,although the combination of ‘garden soil:peat (1∶1)+200 mg·L-1 ABT+ground planting with shallow burial’ was less effective,it offered low cost,rapid landscape establishment,and simple management.
