- 以栀子YABBY基因家族为研究对象,利用TBtools、MEGA、ITOL等软件对栀子YABBY基因家族成员进行鉴定与生物信息学分析,包括栀子YABBY成员鉴定、理化性质、染色体定位、蛋白保守基序、系统进化树、顺式作用元件、共线性和栀子花不同时期表达量进行分析,以期为栀子YABBY基因鉴定及分子功能提供参考依据。结果表明:栀子YABBY基因家族共有5个成员,分布在Chr2、Chr5、Chr9和Chr11染色体上,其结构域保守,均为低亲水性蛋白;顺式元件分析表明,栀子YABBY基因家族含有光响应、非生物胁迫和激素类响应元件;表达模式分析表明,栀子GjYABBY1~GjYABBY3在花不同时期不同部位都有表达,GjYABBY3在雄蕊中持续高表达,有特异性表达;GjYABBY4在萼片发育的Ⅰ和Ⅲ期有高表达,而在不同时期花瓣、花管、雄蕊、雌蕊上均不表达。综上所述,YABBY基因在栀子花和果实生长过程中起重要调控作用。
- Abstract:
- Taking Gardenia jasminoides YABBY gene family as the test material,the whole genome identification and bioinformatics analysis of Gardenia jasminoides YABBY gene family were carried out by TBtools,MEGA,ITOL and other software,including the identification of Gardenia jasminoides YABBY members,physicochemical properties,chromosome localization,protein conserved motif,phylogenetic tree,cis-acting element,collinearity and expression levels of Gardenia jasminoides at different stages,in order to provide a reference for the identification of YABBY gene and molecular function in Gardenia jasminoides.The results showed that there were five members of the YABBY gene family in Gardenia jasminoides,which were distributed on Chr2,Chr5,Chr9 and Chr11 chromosomes,and their domains were conserved and all of them were low hydrophilic proteins.Cis element analysis showed that the YABBY gene family of Gardenia jasminoides contained light response,abiotic stress and hormone response elements.The expression pattern analysis showed that GjYABBY1-GjYABBY3 was expressed in different parts of Gardenia jasminoides at different stages of flowering,and GjYABBY3 was continuously and highly expressed in stamens.GjYABBY4 was highly expressed in the Ⅰ and Ⅲ stages of sepal development,but not on petals,flower tubes,stamens,and stamens at different stages.In conclusion,YABBY gene played an important regulatory role in the growth of Gardenia jasminoides flower and fruit.
