- 以黑龙江省45个李种质资源的一年生枝条为试验材料,采用电导法测定枝条在不同低温下的相对电导率,并拟合Logistic回归方程计算半致死温度(LT50),研究了不同程度低温胁迫处理对45个李种质资源抗寒性的影响,以期对李种质资源的抗寒性进行初步评价,为李抗寒品种选育提供参考依据。结果表明:拟合方程R2均接近0.9,拟合精确度较高,结果可靠。相关系数为-0.986~-0.878,均达到显著水平,相对电导率与温度呈显著负相关。45个资源的一年生枝条的半致死温度范围在-44.31~-29.88 ℃,抗寒能力差别较大,其中引进资源‘麦芽黄’的抗寒能力较差,俄罗斯引进资源‘EJ-36’红李抗寒能力最强。
- Abstract:
- Taking one-year-old branches of 45 plum germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province as experimental materials,the relative conductivity of branches under different low temperature was measured by electrical conductivity method,and the Logistic regression equation was fitted to calculate the semi-lethal temperature temperature (LT50).The effect of varying levels of low-temperature stress treatment on the cold resistance of 45 plum germplasm resources was studied,in order to conduct a preliminary assessment of the cold resistance of these germplasm resources and provide reference for the development of cold-resistant plum cultivars.The results showed that the R2 of fitted equations were all above 0.9,which showed high fitting accuracy and reliable results.The correlation coefficients ranged from -0.986 to -0.878,which reached the significant level,indicating that the relative conductivity was significantly negatively correlated with temperature.The semi-lethal temperature range of 45 resource one-year-old ranged from -44.31 ℃ to -29.88 ℃,and the cold resistance of the one year old branches varied greatly.The cold resistance of the bring-in resource ‘Maiyahuang’ was poor,and the cold resistance of the Russia′s bring-in resource of ‘EJ-36 hongli’ was stronger.
