- 以15个苹果品种为试材,测定了9项(单果质量、果形指数、去皮硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、a*值、b*值和L*值)果实品质指标值,采用灰色关联度法对果实品质进行了综合分析评价,以期为甘肃陇东地区品种换优提供参考依据。结果表明:‘蜜脆’的单果质量最大,‘红富笛’的果形指数、a*值和L*值最大,‘秦脆’的硬度最大、可滴定酸含量最低、固酸比最高,‘爱妃’的可溶性固形物含量最高,‘红王子’的b*值最小;固酸比的变异系数最大(35.19%),果形指数的变异系数最小(4.34%);可滴定酸含量与固酸比呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),a*值与果形指数、可溶性固形物、L*值呈极显著正相关,与固酸比、b*值呈显著负相关(P<0.05),L*值与固酸比、b*值呈极显著或显著负相关。灰色关联度分析表明,等权关联值与加权关联值排序前三的品种依次均为‘秦脆’‘成纪1号’和‘瑞阳’,可作为综合品质优良的品种在甘肃陇东地区推广应用。
- Abstract:
- Taking 15 varieties of apple as the test materials,the fruit quality indexes of 9 items (single fruit mass,fruit shape index,peeling hardness,soluble solids content,titrable acid content,solid-acid ratio,a* value,b* value and L* value) were studied.The fruit quality was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by grey correlation degree method,in order to provide reference for variety upgrading in Longdong area of Gansu Province.The results showed that,the single fruit quality of ‘Honey Crisp’ was the highest,the fruit shape index,a* value and L* value of ‘Hong Fudi’ were the highest,the hardness of ‘Qin Crisp’ was the highest,the titrable acid content was the lowest,the solid-acid ratio was the highest,the soluble solids content of ‘Aifei’ was the highest,and the b* value of ‘Red Prince’ was the lowest.The coefficient of variation of solid acid ratio was the largest (35.19%),and the coefficient of variation of fruit shape index was the smallest (4.34%).Titrable acid content was extremely significant negative correlated with solid acid ratio (P<0.01),a* value was extremely significant positive correlated with fruit shape index,soluble solids content and L* value,and was extremely significant negative correlated with solid-acid ratio and b* value (P<0.05),and L* value was significantly or negatively correlated with solid-acid ratio and b* value.The grey correlation analysis showed that the top three varieties with equal total correlation value and weighted correlation value were ‘Qinqiu’ ‘Chengji No.1’ and ‘Ruiyang’,which could be popularized and applied in Longdong area of Gansu Province as varieties with excellent comprehensive quality.
