- 以在井陉地区仿野生种植的连翘同生群为试材,通过样地调查法收集地形、气候因子信息,对样地土壤元素含量进行测定,采用相关性、逐步回归、通径和决策等分析方法逐层剖析,研究了连翘药用成分含量与生态因子的数量关系,以期为该区基地化连翘种植、管理提供参考依据。结果表明:连翘苷与光照呈显著负偏相关,与有效钙呈显著正相关,光照为其主要主导因子,其次是有效钙;连翘脂苷与土壤含水量呈显著负相关,与有效镁呈显著正相关,土壤含水量是其主要主导因子,其次是有效镁;挥发油与速效磷呈显著正相关,速效磷是其主要主导因子。因此在山地环境进行连翘生态化种植过程中,应保证土壤养分含量,尤其是钙、镁、磷3种元素,在必要时进行施肥处理,并在采收时应选择较为干旱的天气,尤其避免降雨后或持续高温天气时采收。
- Abstract:
- Taking Forsythia suspensa planted in Jingxing area as test materials,the topographic and climatic factors were collected and the soil element contents were measured.The relationship between the content of medicinal components of Forsythia suspensa and the quantity of ecological factors was studied layer by layer by correlation,stepwise regression,path and decision analysis methods,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and management of Forsythia suspensa in this area.The results showed that forsythiin was negatively correlated with light,and positively correlated with available calcium.Light was the main factor,followed by available calcium.Forsythia suspensa glucoside had a significant negative correlation with soil water content and a significant positive correlation with available magnesium.Soil water content was the main factor,followed by available magnesium.There was a significant positive correlation between volatile oil and available phosphorus,and available phosphorus was the main factor.Therefore,in the process of ecological cultivation of Forsythia suspensa in mountainous environment,soil nutrient content,especially calcium,magnesium and phosphorus,should be ensured,fertilization treatment should be carried out when necessary,and relatively dry weather should be selected during harvesting,especially after rainfall and continuous high temperature weather should be avoided.
