- 以21个油豆角品种为试材,采用田间调查研究的方法,以“黑大紫冠”为对照,参照其他供试品种来确定理想株型的各项参数,以其表型性状数据以及光合作用数据作为理论基础,研究了油豆角理想株型与其他株型的优势比较,以期为油豆角高产育种提供参考依据。结果表明:在农艺性状方面,具有理想株型的“黑大紫冠”有较短的节间距和较低始花节位;生理指标方面,具有理想株型的“黑大紫冠”在净光合速率以及叶绿素含量方面也均表现出了高光效株型的特点,净光合速率、叶绿素(a+b)含量与产量有较为显著关系。综上,调整光合结构亦是株型育种一个重要的着力方向。
- Abstract:
- Taking 21 varieties of oil bean as the test materials,field investigation methods were used,other test varieties were referenced to determine the various parameters of the ideal plant type with ‘Heidaziguan’ as the control.Based on their phenotypic trait data and photosynthesis data,the advantages of the ideal plant type of oil bean were compared with other plant types,in order to provide reference for high yield breeding of oil bean.The results showed that the ideal plant type of ‘Heidaziguan’ had shorter pitch spacing and lower initial flowering node postion.In terms of physiological indexes,the ideal plant type ‘Heidaziguan’ also showed the characteristics of high photosynthetic efficiency plant type in terms of net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content,and net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll (a+b) content had a significant relationship with yield.Therefore,adjusting photosynthetic structure was also an important direction of plant type breeding.
