- 烟台市素有“中国现代苹果的发源地”之称，拥有150余年的悠久历史使其成为中国最早种植苹果的地区之一。烟台市苹果产业在产业化进程中处于领先地位，同时在采后贮藏加工、科技创新研发、市场主体培育以及品牌美誉度等方面也处于国内的前列。该研究阐述了烟台市苹果产业的发展现状，分析了烟台市苹果产业发展存在品种结构单一、标准化体系不健全、加工技术水平较低、营销渠道单一以及品牌建设存在阻碍等问题，提出优化品种结构、加强标准化生产力度、提升加工技术水平、拓宽营销渠道以及全面提升品牌效应等可行性策略。对促进烟台市苹果产业化的良好发展，推动山东省乡村振兴和区域经济发展具有重要的现实意义。
- Abstract:
- Yantai ,recognized as the ‘birthplace of modern Chinese apples’,has over 150 years of cultivation history,establishing it as one of the earliest apple-growing regions in China.Yantai′s apple industry leads in industrialization,with advancements in post-harvest storage,processing,technological innovation,market development,and brand recognition.This study analyzed the current development status of Yantai′s apple industry,highlighting challenges such as limited varietal diversity,underdeveloped standardization,low processing technology levels,single-channel marketing,and obstacles in brand building.Feasible strategies,including varietal structure optimization,enhanced standardization,technological improvement in processing,diversified marketing channels,and increased brand impact,were proposed.These strategies were of practical significance in promoting the sustainable development of Yantai′s apple industry,supporting rural revitalization in Shandong Province,and driving regional economic growth.
