摘要:
平顶山作为丘陵浅山区农业大市，梨产业发展已具有一定规模，但在市场中果品竞争力和影响力较为薄弱，与省内外的梨产业竞争对手仍具有较大差距。为了加快平顶山梨产业发展，发挥丘陵浅山区独有优势，缩小竞争差距，该研究通过分析平顶山梨产业在政治、经济、社会、技术环境中所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战，构建了平顶山梨产业的SWOT-PEST矩阵，并针对优势机遇提出积极推进性战略，针对劣势威胁提出创新转变性战略，以期为平顶山梨产业发展提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Pingdingshan is a major agricultural city in hilly and shallow mountainous areas,and the pear industry has a certain extent.However,its fruit competitiveness and influence in the market are relatively weak，and it still has a significant gap with competitors in the pear industry both inside and outside the province.In order to accelerate the development of Pingdingshan pear industry,leverage the unique advantages of hilly and shallow mountainous areas，and narrow the competitive gap，this study analyzed the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities，and challenges faced by the Pingdingshan pear industry in the political，economic，social，and technological environment，constructed a SWOT-PEST matrix for the Pingdingshan pear industry，and proposed active promotion strategies for advantages and opportunities，as well as innovative transformation strategies for disadvantages and threats,in order to provide reference for the Pingdingshan pear industry development.
