摘要:
“龙滩珍珠李”作为广西特色新兴优势水果产业，近年来发展迅速，已成为果农主要经济收入之一，对促进广西经济发展及农民脱贫致富具有推动作用。但在加工利用方面几乎空白，随着种植面积和产量的逐年增加，走加工利用路线是“龙滩珍珠李”产业发展的必然趋势。该研究在分析“龙滩珍珠李”营养价值及其保健功能的基础上，阐述了我国李果加工利用研究概况，并针对“龙滩珍珠李”加工利用存在的问题，提出了建议，以期为“龙滩珍珠李”加工利用提供借鉴。
Abstract:
‘Longtan pearl plum’ as a new dominant fruit industry in Guangxi, had developed rapidly in recent years and became one of the major economic sources of fruit growers in Guangxi. It had a positive effect on promoting economic development and helping farmers to get out of poverty. But there was almost nothing to do with processing, processing and utilization was the inevitable trend of the industry development with the plant area and yield increasing year by year. In this study, analyze the nutritional value and health function, expound the research situation of Chinese plum fruit processing and utilization, put forward some suggestions on the problems existing, so as to provide reference for the processing and utilization of ‘Longtan pearl plum’.
