- 以白鹤芋为试材,采用基质栽培法,在盐胁迫条件下测定叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和POD活性等生理指标,以期为深入理解盐胁迫对白鹤芋生理过程和叶绿素含量之间关系的影响机理,和提升白鹤芋的盐碱土壤种植效率提供理论依据。结果表明:不同浓度NaCl溶液对叶绿素、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和POD活性产生显著的影响(P<0.05)。叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b含量、脯氨酸含量和POD活性随着盐浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势。叶绿素b含量随着盐胁迫的加剧显著降低,而可溶性糖含量则随着盐浓度的增加显著升高。
- Abstract:
- he effects of salt stress on chlorophyll contents, proline content, POD and soluble sugar in Spathiphyllum kochii were investigated using substrate culture method.The results may not only important for understanding the relationships among physiological characteristics and chlorophyll content under salt stress, but also provide data and theoretical support for planting Spathiphyllum kochii on saline alkali soil. The results showed that the chlorophyll, proline content, POD and soluble sugar were substantially affected by NaCl salt stress (P<0.05). The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll a+b, proline content and POD featured a bell-shape curve with the increases of salt stress. In addition, the chlorophyll b was decreased with increasing of NaCl concentrations, while soluble sugar were substantially increased.
